Lone Star Property Services is looking for an irrigation technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, pipes, and sprinkler heads.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues such as leaks, clogs, or malfunctions in the irrigation system.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with irrigation equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Collaborate with landscape designers and maintenance teams to ensure irrigation systems meet the needs of specific landscapes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and service reports.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Required Experience:
- Irrigation Tech or Irrigator license required
- Ability to work in, and appreciate, very hot days, very cold days, rainy days, and beautiful days.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with irrigation systems.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation principles, equipment, and components.
- Ability to read and interpret irrigation plans and diagrams.
- Proficiency in using irrigation tools and equipment for installation and repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid license and clean driving history.
- Be able to lift 40 lbs consistently, rotate, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Have good organizational and time management skills.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass a drug test and background check
