Hot-Shot Trucking Company is seeking a Night Dispatcher
Qualifications
- Regular on-site attendance is a requirement of the position.
- Minimum of 3 years hot-shot dispatch experience (i.e. : scheduling trucks and trailers for a load, making sure jobs are completed in their entirety, effectively communicating with drivers and customers) is a requirement.
- Must live in the Midland / Odessa area.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be very familiar and have 3 or more years of experience in the Oil & Gas Transportation industry.
- Must have experience managing and working with others in a team environment.
- Must be very familiar with roadway navigation in the West Texas and South Eastern New Mexico area.
- Must have advanced communication and organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to adjust to last minute changes in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to use practical judgement when decision making and resolve operational or delivery issues in a timely manner.
- Must be a team player who takes initiative in the work environment.
- Must understand DOT regulations.
