About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Night Dispatcher to oversee our nighttime logistics operations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of hot-shot dispatch experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling trucks and trailers for loads, ensuring jobs are completed in their entirety, effectively communicating with drivers and customers.
- Must have a strong understanding of the Oil & Gas Transportation industry.
- Must have experience managing and working with others in a team environment.
- Must be able to use practical judgement when decision making and resolve operational or delivery issues in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Will receive numerous calls from drivers and customers.
- Will be responsible for driver and dispatch efficiency and meeting customer expectations.
- Will need to ensure that all trips/loads/jobs are recorded in the appropriate system with accuracy.
