About the Role
This role is for the Entrepreneural spirit and is involved in all aspects of our centrifugal compressor product. Directing master specifications and developing all paths to market. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying market opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue in your assigned region. This position is your chance to take ownership, lead with confidence, and make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all sales activities for the product : from maintaining a strong pipeline to negotiating deals and exceeding targets.
- Master Specification : be the focal point of our product range and capabilities
- Connect with Customers and Channel partners : Build and sustain meaningful relationships, understanding their needs and delivering maximum value.
- Strategize for Success : Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and craft innovative sales strategies.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Be a Brand Ambassador : Represent Lone Star at trade shows, events, and client meetings, embodying our values and showcasing our solutions.
