We have openings in many areas of the company that are part of our EDP program.
Field Engineering - Get hands on with field experience and learn complete electrical and mechanical systems in real world applications. Extensive travel, root cause analysis, start-ups, preventative maintenance, vibration analysis, power analysis, PLC and control integration.
Production Engineering - Project Engineer, Industrial Engineer in the manufacturing, design, testing of our products in the factory.
Application Engineering - Learn the sizing and entire system design as part of the sales process, quoting, analysis, integration in support of regional sales.
Project Management - Manage projects from order receipt to start up with customer interface, scheduling, preparing submittals, and final documentation and sign off with the customer.
Required Education, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skills :
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Takes ownership of work
- Team Player with a positive attitude
- High Level of technical and mechanical aptitude
- Must be an effective planner and organizer capable of making quick decisions when necessary
- Must have good oral and written communication skills : Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basis
- Working in a team-based environment : Working independently and as a team player to ensure our stake holders are receiving orders timely and with the highest quality
- Quality : Maintain integrity and high standards from all perspectives
- Safety Culture : Maintain and drive safety policies to all associates; driving for accountability of safe practices throughout shift
- Working knowledge of Microsoft systems and software
- Ability to effectively communicate with customer including verbal and written communication
- Sales Aptitude - Deals with high pressure / handles conflict

This position is not remote . It will be located at 8883 West Monroe Rd, Houston Texas 77061.
