Overview
Lone Tree Animal Care is a brand new, state-of-the-art hospital looking to add enthusiastic, compassionate receptionists to join our team!
We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked in the pet care industry, detail-oriented customer service representatives to our hospital. Lone Tree Animal Care is in search of an individual who has worked in the veterinary field, dedicated individuals to join our team and help us provide excellent care to our clients and their furry family members.
Shifts are flexible but hospital hours are :
Monday-Friday : 8am - 7pm
Saturday : 9am - 4pm
Sunday : Closed
Job Responsibilities :
- Answering a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments and communicate with clients and team members effectively.
- Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
- Have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
- Have general knowledge of veterinary products (preventatives, medications, veterinary diets, etc.)
- Handling invoices, collecting payments and processing end of day reports.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and client communications.
- Providing exemplary, compassionate customer service.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours : 40 per week
