The Concession Stand Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a concession stand, ensuring the highest level of customer service, food safety, and inventory management. This position requires strong leadership skills and excellent organizational abilities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Order and manage food and beverage stock to ensure the stand is fully stocked at all times.
- Track inventory levels and ensure proper rotation of stock to prevent waste.
- Monitor supplies to ensure they meet the operational needs and health standards.
- Keep detailed records of inventory usage and purchases.
- Coordinate with event organizers.
