Lone Tree Health Care Center is seeking a Business Office Manager and Human Resources Director
Pioneer Park is a family-oriented retirement community that provides a continuum of care. Pioneer Park is in the small rural town of Lone Tree, Iowa. Established in 1974 the facility is community owned and supervised by a local board of directors. The Business Office Manager must be able to work with outside vendors in order to ensure proper billing of Medicare and Medicaid billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Long Term Care Experience Preferable.

- Secretarial and Clerical services
- Resident Billing
- Onboarding of new employees
- Recording/ and tracking of employee training
- Insurance verification for residents
