Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load and unload dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans into and out of the industrial dishwasher
- Scrub dishes by hand when necessary
- Sort and stack dishes, glassware, and utensils correctly
- Ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down counters, and taking out trash
- Clean and sanitize storage areas and empty trash and recycling bins regularly
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of dishes
- Attention to detail with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
