Restaurant Expeditor

Lonesome Dove Lodge Bar & Grill is the newest addition to the city of Au Gres, Michigan and is looking for an experience restaurant expeditor to join our team!! Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays!!

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a crucial link between the kitchen and the dining room
• Ensureorders are prepared correctly, checking for accuracy, presentation and temperature
• Ensure all orders are delivered to guest timely
• Handle complaints from guests
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a food expeditor or kitchen position
• Organized with the ability to lead and direct people
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Food handling certification, preferred
