We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Systems Engineer to join our IT team, reporting directly to the Vice President of IT. This role is vital to maintaining, optimizing, and innovating our IT infrastructure to support the dynamic needs of our growing organization. You will collaborate with various teams to implement robust, scalable, and secure systems while troubleshooting complex challenges with efficiency and precision.
Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and manage scalable IT infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security to ensure seamless business operations.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and recommend technology solutions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery preparedness.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to IT team members.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, proposing enhancements to optimize IT operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
