This role will focus on managing and enhancing relationships with vendors to ensure seamless procurement, high-quality materials, and favorable terms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and collaborate across departments.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support procurement and operational goals.
- Monitor vendor performance, addressing issues and ensuring compliance with agreements and company standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand material and service requirements.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
- Assist in the evaluation and onboarding of new vendors, ensuring alignment with company needs and standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor agreements, pricing, and performance.
- Provide regular updates and reports on vendor activities to management.
