Fast Paced Call Center Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the call center
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency
- Set performance goals and targets for call center agents
- Monitor and evaluate call center metrics to ensure quality and productivity standards are met
- Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, changes, and goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports on call center performance for management review
Skills:
- 5 years with proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using call center software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
