We are looking for a sales operations manager to join our team and support our sales team to ensure our organization reaches the sales goals, while aligning our operational requirements.
Duties
- Be Front of the company and have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy
- Building pitches and documents for the sales team
- Conducting research and analyzing data and oversee administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches sales goals
- Tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Requirements
- Reside within designated Midwest territory
- Proven experience in sales operations/management role in the Petroleum industry.
- 15 years experience in the Petroleum Industry
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer behavior.
- Strong understanding of the sales process to support sales team.
- Strong understanding of the operations process to support operations.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
