Qualities We Require for our Entry Level Manager : A warm and friendly disposition Effervescent personality – one that happily aims to please Desire to grow with the company A disposition that the customer is always right (they’re our bread and butter) Above-average communication skills Willing to travel as needed for marketing events Personable and well-groomed Adaptable to a wide variety of situations Passion for excelling in all you do – especially customer service and sales Ability to put the team above self Entry Level Manager Duties & Responsibilities :   Communicate with clients and customers directly Interface with customers at live direct marketing events Offer price structures and negotiate contacts as needed Keep track of sales and records Give informative answers to all questions in a friendly manner Go above and beyond in service to clients and their customers Help build a customer base Attend staff meetings and / or meetings with clients Help up-sell whenever possible Learn every aspect of the company to wear different hats as required #LI-Onsite   Powered by JazzHR
