We are a growing, privately owned Sales and Marketing company in the Long Beach area, servicing over 5,000 customers nationwide. Currently, we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented individual to join our customer service team! This is a seasonal to a possible full-time position.

Responsibilities :
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
- Handling customer order-related questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Recommends products that will meet customers’ needs
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintaining current knowledge of products offered
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
