Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to our menu and recipes
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure food quality and presentation is high quality and timely.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Line Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to be trained on multiple stations.

The Course opened in 1924 with renovations in 1975, 1989 and most recently in 2014, with continual upgrades to make your golfing experience the best it can be. A few features of the course include wonderful vistas from high atop sand dunes on the 1st, 10th and 17th tees, three par 3’s in the first five holes, three par 5’s in the last five holes, and century old stands of black and white oaks.
Whether dining on the weekend or hosting an event, Long Beach Country Club provides a relaxed yet elegant experience with family, friends and guests. If you find yourself inside the Main Dining Room and Grill or outside on the Patio, you are sure to enjoy all that we have to offer.
