Position Purpose
The Junior PowerApps Developer will support the ongoing development, customization, and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) environment. This role will assist with modifying and optimizing D365 CE applications to enhance business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure seamless integrations with other applications.
Compensation Range: $55,000 - $70,000 plus potential profit share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Assist in the integration of PowerApps with various data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and third-party APIs.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing PowerApps solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and performance expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 CE and F&O applications and workflows.
• Implement security best practices, user roles, and data governance within PowerApps solutions.
• Document application designs, workflows, and development processes for future reference.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices to continuously improve applications.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The ability to write and debug basic code.
• Basic experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and related Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and different databases.
• Understanding of business process automation and workflow design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certified with D365
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
