Job Overview
Our kitchen team is responsible for preparing and executing recipes in a timely manner to guarantee an exceptional Guest experience. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.
The Job Responsibilities:- Learn and execute recipe procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain continuous flow of food orders from the kitchen.
- Communicate ticket times to Team members and management when needed.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
- Operate various kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Assist fellow Team Members when necessary.
- Able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards.
