Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in C#, , MVC, Web API development.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with 834 file formats, including processing, parsing, and validation.
- Experience in Claims systems development, with knowledge of processing workflows, claim adjudication, and reporting.
- Familiarity with benefit enrollment processes, including system integration with carriers and benefits providers.
- Experience working with data formats like XML, EDI, CSV, and knowledge of data transformation techniques.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL Server preferred) and working knowledge of SQL for queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of industry standards, including HIPAA and ACA compliance
