JIRA Configuration and Management (install/configure/maintain JIRA instances, manage user accounts, create projects/boards, workflows etc)
JIRA integration with other applications.
Agile and Kanban frameworks. Managing boards for both Dev and Support work types.

Troubleshooting and quick issue resolution.
Familiarity with any scripting is add-on.
