Under the general supervision of a Manager, performs a variety of both complex and routine administrative duties. Provides functional guidance to Receptionist and other support staff; assists Manager to ensure efficient operation of the Office's practices and procedures. Regular, predictable and dependable attendance is essential to satisfactory performance of this job.

- Keeps records of listings, sales and settlements and processes as required. Enter listings and sales in computer, places new listings in flip-book; compiles competitive brokers' sales figures on a regular basis and forwards to Corporate Headquarters.
- Assures compliance with preventative maintenance schedules for office copiers, facsimile machines and typewriters; coordinates repair requests. Orders all necessary forms, and keeps office supplies appropriately stocked. Monitors physical maintenance and cleanliness of office, reports problems to property manager and/or Branch Manager.
- Assists Manager in recruiting and screening of support staff. Assists in ad writing, ad placement, initial phone screening and appointment setting. Arranges for orientation and training of new hires.
- Enters listings and sales in computer. Retrieves MRIS updates from computer daily, may compile competitive brokers' sales figures on a regular basis. Collects agent data and receipts, reviews for accuracy and content, submits agent expense sheets for Manager's approval.
- Assists in orienting new Sales Associates to the office and the Company; serves as point of contact for inquiries and problems. Informs Sales Associates of office policies and procedures, keeps records of their accounts; processes and sets up files for new Associates.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum high school diploma or the equivalent. Secondary education preferred.
Experience:
- Three years clerical or administrative experience.
Knowledge:
- Extensive working knowledge of MS Office experience including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with different personalities
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills

Wage: $22.50 - $25.94 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
