What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Agent Success position at Long & Foster Companies, Inc.?
The Manager, Agent Success will assist the Director with the development of content and courses aimed at improving agent performance and growth. They will report to the VP of Professional Development. Key responsibilities include focusing on and facilitating agent onboarding as well as serving as a liaison to new agents, managing and enhancing the agent affiliation process. This role will also act as a liaison to managers with training accountability and reporting, creating and facilitating accountability initiatives following the completion of agent training courses. Additionally, you will lead the redevelopment and implementation of successions programs.
Other Key Responsibilities :
- Design, structure content and schedule a variety of learning formats, including e-learning, workshops, and live presentations.
- Collaborate with regional training teams.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to small and large groups, in person or virtually as requested.
- Stay updated on industry trends, real estate regulations, and emerging sales strategies to keep content current and effective.
- Utilize adult learning principles to create materials that cater to different learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic).
- Provide input on content delivery methods to ensure maximum engagement and retention.
