Agent Services Coordinator
Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the Agent Services Coordinator performs general clerical and administrative duties to assure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Clerical activities include but are not limited to, scanning, copying, phone coverage for multi-line phone system
- Written and Verbal communication among a variety of customers internal and Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft software and general social media knowledge
- Creation of printed materials to include reports, memos, and presentations
- Assist with the marketing needs to include newspaper advertising, flyers, signs, weekly/bi-weekly press releases and the creation/ordering of business cards.
- Manage the social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and the office website blog.
- Assist agents with monthly marketing strategies.
- Assist as directed in all administrative and sales orientated functions.
- Additional office responsibilities include the handling of all incoming and outgoing mail and the proper operation of all office equipment.

Qualifications
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Experience:
- Two years of general administrative/clerical experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must have strong computer skills. Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Word products including MS Word, Excel, Publisher, toolkit, etc.
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills
Wage: $19 - $22 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
