As an Events Marketing Representative, you will play a vital role in generating leads and increasing brand awareness by attending various events, such as local, county, and state fairs, as well as home shows. You will engage directly with event attendees, identifying potential customers and promoting our products through dynamic interactions and product demonstrations. Your goal will be to foster meaningful connections, address customer needs, and drive lead generation while collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Attempt to secure additional product demonstrations with customers.
- Attending events as directed.
- Call in same day/next day leads to dispatch.
- Follow proper set-up and breakdown procedures.
- Report on any customer dissatisfaction with the company.
- Maintain an environment that embodies the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Remain in compliance and up to date on all company-wide live and digital training.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
