This role entails managing inspections, assigning plumbers, and ensuring projects meet compliance with state and local regulations. A detail-oriented individual is needed to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will work with government officials, contractors, plumbers, and property owners to facilitate a smooth inspection process while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Review and schedule inspections under state and local regulations.
- Interpret and apply state laws and local ordinances related to required permits.
- Assist applicants in understanding the inspection process and requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments and external agencies as necessary.
- Create a daily schedule for all plumbing work and assign the appropriate plumber
- Communicate the permitting process, fees, and required documentation to management.
- Communicate inspection expectations and scheduling to customers.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction through the inspection process.
- Ensure all inspections comply with applicable laws, ordinances, and codes.
- Assist in resolving compliance issues and working closely with other departments and external agencies.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections scheduled, inspections performed, and other related activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding permitting activities and compliance issues.
- Stay updated with changes in state and local regulations affecting inspections.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless inspection process.
- Coordinate with inspection and enforcement personnel to ensure compliance with all issued permits.
- Utilize Salesforce software to track and manage permit/inspection applications.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of records in company CRM.
- Use Excel to maintain the plumbing schedule.
- Maintain an environment that embodies the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Remain in compliance and up to date on all company-wide live and digital training.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience in a regulated industry, such as manufacturing or construction.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as OSHA or ISO.
