Required Skills
Position Description : Operate the Dryers in a safe and responsible manner while following the Dryer Deck Operator SOP.
Position Responsibilities :
- Ability to use hand control operated overhead conveyor system.
- Fast-paced movement of dryer baskets require up to 30 baskets / hour per deck
- Inspect the food for possible contaminants
- Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management.
- Employee must adhere to all policies, practices, and SOP’s related to producing Safe Quality Food (SQF)
- Ensure the integrity and continued operation of the food safety system in the event of organizational or personnel changes within the company or associated facilities.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
