We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concession Manager to oversee the daily operations of our concession stand. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of concession operations, including staffing, inventory management, and food production.
- Supervise and train staff, including conducting interviews and performance evaluations.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation in line with fine dining expectations.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and reconciliation of daily sales.
- Develop and implement budgetary plans to optimize profitability while maintaining quality service.
- Coordinate catering services for events, ensuring timely delivery and setup of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with upper management to create promotional strategies that enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality or quick service fast food restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and catering services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and budgeting practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in interviewing candidates and managing staff performance is a plus.
