- Developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their performance
- Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
Requirements:
- Must be available to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum three (3) months experience as a Restaurant Team Member
- Must have reliable transportation
