Responsibilities:

• Thorough Cleaning and Detailing: Execute cleaning and detailing tasks according to clients' specifications and company standards. This includes meticulous exterior washdowns and comprehensive interior detailing to ensure each boat leaves in pristine condition.

• Multi-Faceted Tasks: Engage in various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, steaming, deodorizing interiors, exterior washing, waxing, and buffing. Adhere to rigorous quality standards and maintain attention to detail throughout all processes.

• Assist with General Yard Work: Support the overall maintenance of the marina by undertaking general yard work duties as needed. This may involve tasks such as covering boats, grounds maintenance, sweeping to minimize dust in buildings, organizing work areas, and other general upkeep tasks.

Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Reliability: Demonstrate reliability through consistent punctuality and dependable transportation to ensure timely arrival for shifts.

• Team Player: Exhibit the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proactively contribute to team goals and problem-solve effectively when necessary.

• Physical Stamina: Display physical stamina and capability to perform various physically demanding tasks such as standing, kneeling, stooping, lifting heavy objects, and other activities essential to the role.

• Preferred Experience: While previous experience in boat cleaning or related fields is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
