Duties and Responsibilities :
Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
Assist customers through the rental process, providing knowledgeable guidance and support.
Serve retail customers with enthusiasm and expertise, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Perform end-of-day procedures to ensure smooth operations and prepare for the next business day.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area, presenting a tidy and inviting space for customers.
Collaborate with the Rental Manager to coordinate rental deliveries and ensure timely service.
Answer phones and provide helpful assistance to callers, transcribing messages and relaying them to the appropriate team members.
Book rental equipment and manage reservations efficiently, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate seamless operations and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time to support the overall operation of the marina.
Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Efficient and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work holidays and weekends to accommodate business needs.
Basic understanding of computer programs such as Excel and Word.
Previous experience in a marina or with boats and watercraft is preferred.
Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
Job Types : Fulltime Seasonal Starting May 1st
Pay : $14.15 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule : 8-hour shifts Weekends are a must
