As a Parts Clerk, you will be essential in managing inventory and ensuring the efficient procurement of parts and accessories. Reporting to the Genral Manager, your role will involve utilizing core skills such as inventory management, data entry, and customer service to support dealership operations. Your premium skills in supply chain management communication with the Sales and Service departments will enhance our logistics processes. Additionally, your organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, will enable you to effectively coordinate with suppliers and maintain optimal stock levels, contributing to our commitment to quality service. The Parts Clerk will work at the parts counter to help customers find the parts they need along with answering calls from customers. You will also be working with the sales and service department to determine parts needed and to procure these parts using a designated software.
