What are the responsibilities and job description for the Florence - Receptionist / Concierge - Part-Time position at Long-Lewis Auto Group?
We are seeking a Receptionist (Customer Concierge) to serve as the first point of contact for our dealership, both in-person and over the phone. This individual will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, logging sales and service calls, assisting with electronic communications, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Gather caller information to ensure accurate call transfers.
Log sales and missed service calls, take messages as needed.
Manage and respond to electronic communications.
Provide general administrative support as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, clerical, or call center role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in computer applications with the ability to multitask between programs.
A pleasant and professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to work one or more Saturdays per month and potentially rotate between our Muscle Shoals and Tuscumbia locations.
Compensation: $12-$16 an hour based on experience!
