Service Advisor – Be the Voice of the Service Department!
We’re looking for a Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can serve as the essential link between our customers and service technicians. As the central point of communication, you’ll be responsible for understanding customer concerns, coordinating service and repair solutions, and ensuring clear, consistent updates throughout the service process.
You’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional service experience—from diagnosing initial concerns to explaining recommended repairs and maintenance with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
Accurately identify and communicate vehicle issues and service needs
Set and manage clear expectations for repair timelines and costs
Ensure customers are informed on required and recommended services
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience in a dealership or large-scale service facility
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong technical knowledge and proven customer service skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Volkswagen & Mitsubishi Certification is a plus, but not required
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills
