- Listens to customer concerns, arranges necessary repairs, and handles vehicle logistics.
- Provides clear, expert recommendations on required repairs and maintenance, keeping customers informed.
What We're Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a dealership or large service facility.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong technical background paired with excellent customer service skills.
- Ford Manufacturer Certification is a plus but not required.
- You thrive in a fast-paced team environment, maintain a professional appearance, and have a positive attitude.
