Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles according to Ford factory standards.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled technicians to meet customer needs and dealership goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance clearly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Certified Ford Technician required.
- 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, with specific expertise in Ford vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting skills.
- ASE certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
