Position Overview
We are seeking two Associate Attorneys to join our growing team, each focusing on one of the following key practice areas:
- Wills, Trusts, and Estates
- Commercial and Civil Litigation
The ideal candidates will have experience in their respective practice areas and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and growing firm. Experience in any of the firm’s additional practice areas, including real estate litigation, elder law, business law, or employment law, is highly valued and will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of legal matters within the assigned practice area (Wills, Trusts, and Estates or Commercial and Civil Litigation).
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, contracts, pleadings, and memorandums of law, etc.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and administrative hearings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and develop effective case strategies.
- Provide personalized counsel and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm’s disciplines.
- Stay informed of legal developments relevant to your practice area.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
- Significant experience in one of the following practice areas: Wills, Trusts, and Estates or Commercial and Civil Litigation (3 years preferred; Law Clerk experience is acceptable for competent candidates).
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw).
- Experience in our other practice areas if a plus.
