Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration of licensing compliance and renewals of all sales associates. Supervise the training of management and sales associates with the rules and regulations of ADRE, NAR, Code of Ethics, local associations and MLS’s to ensure compliance therewith. (10%).
  • In collaboration with the Company’s executive management, revise and update key Company risk management processes and forms and to ensure compliance with ADRE and HomeServices of America’s risk management requirements and real estate business standardization. (10%)
  • With the assistance of the Contract Review Team, oversee and provide guidance to management and staff in the maintenance of transaction files and record keeping systems to ensure compliance with ADRE and HomeServices’ requirements:
  • Audit sales files to ensure that they meet ADRE requirements and to prepare for general audits by ADRE.
  • Work with branch management and staff to develop and provide detailed guidance in the use of the electronic record keeping system.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Contract Review Team for input on best practices. (15%).
  • In collaboration with the Company’s executive management, develop, update and present continuing education training and Companywide classes related to contracts, risk reduction and good business practices:
  • Oversee all agent contract training, including new agents, commencing with Academy.
  • Review existing training programs and oversee updates of same.
  • Prepare newsletter articles and Companywide communications related to new developments in National and Arizona real estate practices and risk reduction issues.
  • Plan and conduct webinars and branch level “Hot Topic” broker presentations in an effort to train and retain experienced agents as requested by management. (25%)
  • Assist managers and agents in resolution of consumer related disputes and complaints. (20%)
  • Provide assistance and direction in connection with responses to and resolution of ADRE and AAR ethics or BBB complaints directed to the Company and/or Sales Associates. (10%)
  • Represent Company at statewide and local professional organizations and on task forces as requested by Company’s executive management. (5%)
  • Assist with written communications relating to Company culture and agent recognition. (5%)
  • Complete special projects and assignments as requested by executive management. (5%)

  • Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the Company performance appraisal form or communicated by executive management.
  • Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.
  • Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • 5 years previous real estate experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of real estate management and the Company’s business processes
  • Comprehensive real estate experience, including sales, training and management.
  • Consumer relations skills. Media relations experience, including training in writing, marketing and public relations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Demonstration of advanced technical knowledge,

Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):

  • Valid real estate and broker’s license with continuing education credits in real estate and
  • Additional professional designations.
