Our client is a Global Asset Manager with over 100bn AUM. They are looking to add an Associate to their Credit Fundraising team!
Responsibilities
Fundraising Support:
- Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials, including pitch books, private placement memoranda (PPMs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and other marketing collateral.
- Coordinate and manage data rooms to support investor due diligence processes.
- Support the execution of capital-raising campaigns by preparing tailored materials and tracking investor outreach.
Investor Relations:
- Serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing investors, addressing inquiries related to the firm’s credit strategies.
- Monitor and respond to investor requests, providing timely and detailed responses in collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
- 3 years of total work experience in Fundraising/Investor Relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution
- Demonstrated professional and academic achievement
- Energetic, self-motivated, self-starter who thrives on challenge in a dynamic environment
Salary : $150,000 - $250,000
