What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Credit & Special Situations Finance Attorney position at Long Ridge Partners?
Our client is a highly-ranked AmLaw 20 firm seeking a finance attorney with 2-7 years of borrower or lender side experience. In this role, you would be representing private credit funds, special situation and opportunistic funds, BDCs, hedge funds and other investment advisors, leading financial institutions and borrowers in LBOs, leveraged finance, first lien / second lien, mezzanine, DIP financings, Rescues, Exits, liability management transactions and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
The group is undergoing rapid growth and is seeking finance attorneys that want to be on the cutting edge of Private Capital.
Requirements
- 2 years of lender and / or borrower side experience in a large law firm
- Solid academic credentials
