- Enter customer orders
- Revise customer orders when applicable
- Build orders in EDI to generate labels and packing lists as per customer requirements
- Review shipping documents
- Send shipping acknowledgments to customers
- Maintain customer files
- Assist Customer Service Manager, as needed

- Phone Support
- Deliver mail
- Greet visitorsRequirements :
- Education : High school graduate; some college coursework preferred
- Experience : 5 years in a fast-paced office environment
- Skills : Microsoft Office Programs, Excellent written and verbal skills
- Competency : Able to work independently, excellent organizational capability
