We are looking for high character FOH manager candidates of all levels to join our team from entry level floor managers candidates to seasoned AGM candidates. Excellent opportunity for career growth and advancement for the right candidates. Candidates ideally have a minimum of 1-3 years of comparable restaurant manager experience, although great opportunity as well for mature candidates with other front of house experience looking to take the next step into management.
All candidates, first and foremost, are excellent team players, have a passion for guest service, and take genuine pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a collaborative team mentality, are highly efficient and organized, work well under pressure, and bring an infectious passion and enthusiasm for all things Food, Beverage, and Hospitality.
