Long-Term Care Consultants is a rapidly growing software company, with its primary product, SNFClinic, quickly becoming an industry standard in the Healthcare Education sector.
SNFClinic is a CMS-approved electronic learning management system (eLMS) that provides long-term care facilities with training resources to ensure quality resident care. The program covers a range of topics including Policies & Procedures, Nursing Procedural Training, and Employee Inservices. SNFClinic is known for its ease of use, customization options, and proven results in reducing survey tags and increasing staff retention.
### **Job Responsibilities:**
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our software solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.
- Learn and master the ins and outs of our software system
-Train new clients on day-to-day use of the eLMS system, including troubleshooting, and recommendations to maximize use of the system
- Travel to various tradeshows and expositions throughout the United States to capture and network with potential clients (average of 3 weeks a year)
