What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Home Administrator position at Long Term Care?
We are looking for both temporary and full time Nursing Home Administrators to join our team in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland areas.
The Nursing Home Administrator position establishes and maintain systems that are effective and efficient to operate the facility in a manner to safely meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in any of the following states : New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware or Maryland
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Analytical and Financial Skills
- Must function independently, exhibit flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, families and support agencies.
- Demonstrates competence in leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to encourage residents to meet their potential.
- Is familiar with Federal and State Long Term Care regulations and requirements
