Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans for clients.
- Ensure that all medical documentation and records are accurately maintained and up to date.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of home health aides, nurses, and other staff members.
- Conduct regular assessments of client needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in medication administration and patient care.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Monitor compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
Requirements
