What you’ll be doing
Diagnosing and Repairing HVAC Systems : Accurately diagnose issues with residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and carry out necessary repairs.
Performing Regular Maintenance : Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal functioning and efficiency, including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing parts as needed.
Using ServiceTitan every day to record visits, present estimates to customers, and collect payment from customers.
Participate in an on-call rotation that is after hours and on weekends.
Providing Customer Service : Offer excellent customer service by clearly explaining technical issues to homeowners, advising them on maintenance practices, and answering any questions they may have about their HVAC systems.
What we are looking for
At least 1 years of experience as a HVAC residential technician.
Experience working with : Oil burning systems, Natural gas and propane systems, and Heat Pumps.
Passion for your craft and the desire to be a part of a company that wants to be the best home services provider in the state.
EPA certification
Valid PA driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in HVAC
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team management and customer interactions.
Problem-solving ability to make decisions under pressure to ensure client satisfaction.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications (these are a bonus, not a requirement)
Experience working with boilers and hydronic systems.
Previously used flat-rate and ServiceTitan / equivalent of ServiceTitan.
