Job Description
The Production Partner will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to assist loan officers with developing complete loan application files and ensuring all submissions meet quality expectations. The overall goal and intent of this position is to increase efficiency and quality of the sales team loan pipeline. The Production Partner’s primary role is to ensure a seamless transition of quality application submission to opening.
Primary Job Duties:
- Review all incoming application packages for completeness and compile/organize compliance documents in adherence with federal and LBF guidelines
- Check package for complete documentation and ensure that all pages have been signed appropriately.
- Ensure that each package includes counseling certificate and any compliant cover letters, all required Letters of explanations. File must meet minimum standards to submit to intake.
- Completed credit card authorization form/appraisal waiver
- Case transfer letter – if applicable
- DOB and SS # Verification
- Income/asset documentation
- Updates Velocify with notes pertaining to the missing documents
- After 20 days of missing credit card/waiver/case transfer letter the PP issues a 10-day letter to the borrower
- PP is to notify the borrower that the loans is being submitted for opening and provide the processors name and phone number
- Submit to Opener with supporting documentation
- Make ongoing contact/relationship with borrowers, in conjunction with the loan officer, to gather documents and submit a complete file to opening
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years Mortgage experience preferred
- Experience working in a call center
- Attention to communication with client and Loan Officer
- Attention to details
- Takes initiative
- Computer/phone/document preparation equipment oriented
- Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new software
- Detail-oriented individual with good organizational ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving, analysis and solution oriented
- Work as a team player
