POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Longenecker & Associates employee, the Project Manager will engage in mission critical work, join a team that constantly exceeds client expectations, and become a member of highly skilled L&A professionals.
Your role as a Project Manager will include :
- Programmatic development, improvement and implementation of Contractor Assurance performance areas,
- Issues Management,
- Observation process,
- Lessons learned / Operating Experience,
- Performance indicators and metrics,
- Support to process owners to implement improvement actions,
- Measure improvement program success,
- Development of effective performance indicators and metrics,
- Identifying, analyzing and effectively communicating issues and opportunities for improvement from multiple sources.
