POSITION DESCRIPTION
The PSS-1 Software Systems Development (SSD) Team is seeking an energetic and customer‐focused Software Developer (SD). The SSD team is responsible for the development of software tools to assist ALDWP organizations meet mission objectives. The SD will support the development of the new F.O.R.G.E. web application. The SSD team adheres to the SCRUM Framework for software development and the SD must be comfortable working within that framework. The SD must be proficient in the following areas :
- C# .NET Development
- Developing Blazor Web Applications
- Working with Microsoft SQL
- Working with Microsoft IIS Web Hosting Environment
- Entity Framework
- LINQ
- Using SignalR for dynamic updates to web applications
- Single Sign On(SSO) and SAML authentication
- API Development
- Securing APIs
- Unit Testing
- Azure Dev Ops – Including Pipelines
- Experience working in a SCRUM Development environment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors required, at least 10 years experience software development

Hybrid Position - some on-site needed but not 100%. Local candidates preferred.

Initial 1 year assignment with possibility of extension or conversion.
