Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Representative at Longeviti Neuro Solutions. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing excellent customer service. Candidate will need to build relationships with medical professionals in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities for Medical Sales Representative
- Work in the operating room to help assist with product related questions
- Educate medical staff on the benefits of the medical devices
- Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with sales manager or discuss future targets
- Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
- Establish and cultivate relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales
- Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales
- Use clinical data to help surgeons understand how products can help them achieve their goals
- Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed
Qualifications for Medical Sales Representative
- 3 years’ experience as a medical sales representative or similar role
- Bachelor of Arts/ Science degree
- Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issues
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and networking skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Ability to travel frequently
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
